Part of the Pinot Nero grapes undergo cold maceration on the skins, while the rest are vinified in white in stainless steel and cold fermented. Assembled and re-fermented in the bottle with selected yeasts. The color is ros\u00e9 with a fine and persistent perlage. The fruity bouquet reveals strawberry, pomegranate, wild berries, and mineral notes. The taste is rich, creamy, and lively.
