Organoleptic characteristics
A Metodo Classico with refinement on the lees of 30 months and minimum six months of disgorgement. Perlage is fine and persistent, the bouquet is very rich in citrus, dried fruit, mineral notes and pastry elements. In the mouth it is delicate, gentle, delicate, fine and very fresh. Recommended with Ideal throughout a meal from aperitifs to desserts.

IL CLASSICO ROSÉ BRUT

METODO CLASSICO ROSÉ BRUT
Organoleptic characteristics
A Metodo Classico with 80% Pinot Nero and 20% Chardonnay, hand-harvested. Part of the Pinot Nero grapes undergo cold maceration on the skins, while the rest are vinified in white in stainless steel and cold fermented. Assembled and re-fermented in the bottle with selected yeasts. The color is rosé with a fine and persistent perlage. The fruity bouquet reveals strawberry, pomegranate, wild berries, and mineral notes. The taste is rich, creamy, and lively. Ideal throughout a meal.
